You can reset your password yourself if you are the primary user for a merchant
facility (i.e. your login name is an 8-digit number).
You
cannot reset your password here if:
- You are not the primary user
- You are the primary user for a chain or HQ (i.e. your login name is a 9-digit number)
You should instead contact your User Administrator, your Westpac Client Manager or the
merchant helpdesk on 1800 029 749.
